IT'S JUST POLICY
Scheduling
We recommend scheduling your appointments a minimum of two to three weeks in advance for the widest selection of services and appointment times. We will always do our absolute best to accommodate you. We do not accept walk ins or same day appointments. At the time of booking, appointments must be secured with a credit card on file.
Cancellations
While we certainly understand that your plans can change, the services you select are reserved especially for you. We require at minimum 24 hours notice for cancellations. You can easily reschedule your appointments on the "Book" section of our website. Simply click "My Appointments". Here you are able to view and edit all of your appointments OR you can send a message or give us a call. This policy allows others to enjoy our services, as well as recognizing the value of the time of our talented salon stylists.
NO-SHOWS
Clients who No-Show will not be booked again. No-Show and same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the service total.
NO REFUNDS
Unfortunately as a salon we do not offer any refunds or exchanges. If you are unhappy with the result of a service you must contact us within 24-48 hours after your scheduled appointment for a complimentary fix.
GUESTS AND CHILDREN
We kindly ask that you do not bring extra guests and children to your appointments, as space is limited. Our salon is a place for clients to relax and escape from reality.
Breast feeding mothers are an exception.
